RUM CAKE  

1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX

4 EGGS

1 PACKAGE VANILLA PUDDING

3/4CUP OR 1/2 CUP LIGHT RUM

1/4 OR 1/2 CUP WATER

1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

 

GREASE AND FLOUR A BUNDT PAN.  PLACE CHOPPED PECANS IN BOTTOM OF PAN.  POUR IN BATTER AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AT 325°

RUM GLAZE

1/2 CUP BUTTER

1/4 RUM

1/4 WATER

1 CUP SUGAR

 

STIR AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES. POUR OVER CAKE AFTER MAKING TOOTH PICK HOLES.
