PINEAPPLE CAKE

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon soda

2 eggs

No. 2 can crushed pineapples

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup chopped pecans

Mix together all dry ingredients.  Add eggs and pineapple.  Beat mixture well and then pour into a greased and floured 9" X 13" pan.

Sprinkle on top of dough 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/3 cup of chopped pecans.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°
