PEANUT CLUSTERS/HAYSTACKS CANDY
2 pounds chocolate almond bark 
4-1 oz squares German's bittersweet chocolate
1-24 oz jar dry roasted peanuts
1 cup of coconut
Put all ingredients in double boiler or a pot; cook until chocolate melts on medium heat . Do stir so it won't burn. Turn heat to low and stir every 15 minutes until all chocolate has melted and then add peanuts or coconut. You could combine the two makes for a wonderful candy. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on 
waxed paper and let cool. Store in tin.
