FRIED SWEET POTATOES

3 Large sweet potatoes                                                                

1/2 stick of butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon                   

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg                    

1/2 cup brown sugar

Peel, slice, and wash potatoes. Heat butter in skillet or frying pan.

Add potatoes to butter in skillet. Add all other ingredients.  Let cook until sweet potatoes are tender and the sugar has caramelized.
